Our goal is to have an
answer back to you on the same day but some times it may take longer as
we may need to send your question to a Supplier or Manufacture for the
answer to your question. This process may take time. |

You may change your order by sending a
request. Please use your
reference number and be specific with the exact changes you require.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, there may be a
second freight cost.
You may
request a cancellation of your order.
Please use your reference number and be specific with the exact changes
you require. If your order has been already shipped, you may be
required to ship the item back to us at your cost. If the item has
been already been paid for, we will refund your account when the item is
received. Please allow up to 7 days for the amount to appear in

What does "Backorder" Mean? |

Any items that are
unavailable, will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your
order will be shipped.
If you want to know what your item's ETA is,
please send a
request . Please use your
reference number. If we are informed of a change in your ETA we
will send you an email with the new Estimated Time of Arrival. |

Please note there IS a reason why it is estimated. Some items can
be held up in delivery to us or our suppliers, or in customs - we try to
give as accurate ETA's as possible. |

Hardware Support
If you have a technical query regarding hardware
purchased from PCSOL please
click here
to send a support request, and we will contact
you.
If your problem cannot be resolved over the
phone we will require you to post or courier the
item back (at your expense), along with original
packaging and your invoice. If the product is
covered by a manufacturer warranty please
contact the manufacturer first. An RA number
(Return Authority) is required for any goods
which are warranted by the manufacturer.
If you did not purchase a built PC from PCSOL
(i.e. bought separate parts) then items that are
returned to us need to be forwarded to the
distributor. It is important that you check the
type of warranties offered on all goods
purchased. Personal Computer Solutions & Tuition
offers a 1 year warranty on all hardware that
does NOT come with a manufacture warranty.
Please note that hardware returned which is
found not to be faulty, or incorrectly installed
(software, drivers etc) is applicable to a $99
service fee.
Any items
returned to PCSOL, that are not faulty, will
automatically incur a 15% restocking fee.
All items are
to be returned in their ORIGINAL packaging
to receive ANY refund.
Any items that are on
the PCSOL Specials Page are NON REFUNDABLE.
Software Support
PCSOL Pty Ltd offers technical support for
customers whom purchased a PC preloaded with
one of the following operating systems:
Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 2000
Professional and Server. Warranty work on
Software incurs the normal service fee,
unless the fault occurs on arrival of the
system loaded with software. PCSOL have the
right to refuse to look at any PC's where an
original copy of operating system along with
licence certificate is not presented at time
of return.
Driver support: Updated drivers can be
emailed directly to you. Simply
click here
and send a request with the following
information: your operating system type, the
product name and invoice number. A new
driver will be emailed from a technician to
your email or a link to where you can
download the driver from the manufacture
will be provided.

Can I check the availability of an
item before I place my order? |

send a product request for the item you are after. We will
endeavour to reply

What methods do you use for shipping?

by Australia Post instead of your courier? |

For Domestic, we only use
couriers. Most items get shipped directly from our suppliers.
The reason we use couriers is so that we can track your order if it goes
missing. Because of this, we can not ship to PO Boxes.
International Orders are
shipped using Australia Post. |

the overheads of a retail shop. |

We do not use a payment
gateway - so your card is not automatically charged when you place your
order. We manually charge your credit card when we have checked the
details of the order. This money is fully refundable if your item
is found to be out of stock or undeliverable. |
