I have some technical issues with the A219 that Avermedia are looking into & with a future firmware update should make significant improvement to the product. 5/04/2010 I would just like to commend you on a staff member (Tony) he was absolutly brilliant with the help i needed, and on seeing Im not the smartest on the block when it comes to computers he could have taken me for a ride like the last Company that i had looking at my computer, but he was honest and upfront with every thing he was doing with my computer, after being in business ourselves we know that great stafff are hard to come by and when you do employ a great member you look after them and Tony is one staff member I would dearly be hanging on to. Thankyou once again I have not had an ounce of trouble with my computer, but I know next time if I do have trouble I will be calling your Company again. Thanx once again and all the best to you all. 31/03/2010 After going through some trouble with a different online seller that advertised Avermedia NanoExpress TV tuner card as "in Stock" when they actually did not have it, I contacted PC Solutions. I was told that the item is in stock, ready to ship, and I thought "Yeah, I heard that before...! I reluctantly bought the item and...I received it the next day, BNIB, well packed and working!!!! I would recommend PC Solutions to everyone...thank you PCSol ! Ninel.

I ordered a NetComm 3G Wireless N150 Travel Router from you at Midnight last Wednesday. You processed the order straight away, and I received the router on Friday morning! I think you must have used a time machine to get it delivered so soon - you are in Brisbane, and I am in Melbourne! I usually can't get anything couriered from Brisbane in under two days. Well done!
